I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking to stay long term. I have lived here for 3 months and encountered too many red flags already. First I want to acknowledge that these issues are not property managements fault. It is the fault of Two Coat Living Management, the company who owns the property. If you do a simple google search you can see awful reviews. Also there is no phone number to reach them. My experience has been awful since move-in. The apartment was dirty: the floors, appliances, and balcony has mildew which a quick power wash could fix. Second, I have been charged a $150 utility bill every month despite the fact I am already paying for gas and electric and we all know RI Energy is already pricey to begin with. I was not able to tour my apartment until I signed the lea

I made the move to Harbor Village after my husband passed away, from North Carolina. Karl made the process easy, answered any and all of my questions and was very welcoming. It is a pet friendly community, the owners pick up after their dogs and make sure that they are well controlled on the leash when walking. My apartment is very spacious, clean and it is nice to have a washer/dryer and also a dishwasher. The area is very quiet, lovely pool and the grounds are well maintained. It also has some very good restaurants, a theater and medical offices within the complex-also close to the beach. The area is also very quiet and when you meet someone along the way, they always have a smile or hello for you. I have been here almost a year and have been very happy and that is from someone who

My elderly mother has not had a properly working dryer since moving here in August, despite opening multiple maintenance tickets and visiting the office. No one has called back or visited, so we got an external service repair company to come in and they told us that the original drum of the dryer was replaced with a drum from a different dryer. It's not the right size, so pieces of clothing are getting caught as it spins, creating a potential fire hazard. The cost to replace the drum would be more than a new dryer. I went directly to the office and told the manager about this news. He said they would send someone that afternoon to look at it. It's been over two weeks and again - no one has called or showed up. We're getting ready to go to court for injunctive relief as the amount to replac

Terrible experience at harbor village. Have not had a working dishwasher since moving in over five months ago. All work orders submitted have been ignored. The dishwasher is now full of mold. There has also been a hole in the ceiling with exposed wires hanging out that was supposed to be fixed at move in, but never was. Karl the manager completely ignores my communication about these issues. In 20 years of living in apartments, this is the worst experience I've had.

My husband Michael and I love living here. We sold our home, the house and property and a big pool, it was too much for us to take care of our home, where we lived in Ashaway Rhode Island since 1969 and raised our family there. My husband was an Executive at Davis Standard in Connecticut. I worked all of my life part time while raising our two sons, working at clerical jobs. as well as the Westerly Hospital. I started to take courses in Art at RISD Owned my pottery Studio, I am an elected Artist at the Museum of Art in Connecticut. After the birth of our grandchildren I started to write educational children’s picture books as well as illustrating them. I am an award winning writer and Illustrator of Educational Children’s books in several languages. I have a Bachelor degree and am enjoyin
