Received an "offer" for my 93+ acres totally unsoliciited. I have to believe that recreational dope is prevelant in Rhode Island. Its the only thing that makes sense. I actually called them, The girl answering the phone was TOTALLY clueless.
Don’t know where those rats got my property information, they send offer letter with ridiculous price. I was wondering why a company wants to waste their time if they are reputable and legitimate company.
Sent a letter wanting to buy our land...big fat NO! Price they wanted to pay was not even close to what it's worth. NO way!!
Same as all the other responses, received an unsolicited "offer" in the mail, offering to buy our property for 50% LESS than what we paid for it just 5 months ago.
Sent a letter to buy our land... Offered less than 1/3 what we paid for it... I don't think so.
