Harbor Square

Absolutely love Harbor Square living. The staff and the neighbors are so warm, friendly and very accommodating. We have been here for 4 months and are extremely happy. Many lovely events each month (get togethers, food trucks, parties). Very easy and fun way of living. The concierge, maintenance crew, office staff make sure you are well taken care of. And the views of the Hudson ~ just amazing!

YOU MUST READ AND LOOK AT MY PHOTOS!!!!!!!! As a resident that is moving out, I feel compelled to share my experience with the community. Despite multiple attempts to address management issues and complete a survey, there has been a lack of effort and no significant progress. Management’s inadequate excuse, “Things sometimes fall through the cracks,” is unacceptable. This property is not suitable for those seeking a well-managed living environment. With management’s inability to manage a 188-unit building is very evident. Elevators are frequently malfunctioning, with one elevator out of service for nearly a year. It has great amenities, concierge, state-of-the-art appliances including washer & dryer in each apartment. Outdoor swiming pool, gym and yoga room. Splendid views of the Hudson River but it naturally comes at a price. Manhattan luxury without the Manhattan prices, however. It is all worth it because the premises are maintained immaculately clean. It is a secure building... and best of all they have the best Director Of Community Experience you can ever wish for 🎉

As a new tenant I must share that my move-in experience was as easy as I had hoped for. The help and availability of the building staff has been wonderful. I am so happy that I chose to join this community with the always available support from the leasing agent, Lydia.

I had signed a one year lease at Harbor Square. We resided there for approx. 7 months. We were in a desperate situation to get out of our lease early. Our lease only allowed us off the hook financially, if we were able to re-rent the apartment. I searched high and low, with no luck. I reached out to Suki, the Ossining manager, and explained our situation. She found us a new tenant and within weeks we were out of our unit. She went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, when she clearly did not have to in this particular situation. She was also attentive and responsive throughout our time at Harbor square. Whatever issues I had , she resolved in a timely fashion. We will miss the water views and tranquil feel of our little "island".
