Harbor Pointe Apartments

lived here for about three months, its quiet indoors. the parking lot is the only place I hear people arguing occasionally. as for roaches, I saw a dead one when first moving in, but never again. keeping your home clean is the only way to keep roaches out so if you’re complaining about it here you’re exposing yourself. people and management seem to generally keep to themselves, no complaints👌

I moved here May 2024. Very happy. Everyone from management to maintenance staff are accomendating,professional and friendly. Very quick response to requests. Very affordable, quite, clean and well maintained property. Shay, the office manager is amazing. Nicole, was also, unfortunately we lost her to a promotion in the company. So happy I found a place that my furbaby and I can call "home". I love my garden style apartment.

I saw bugs roaches bedbugs everywhere when I moved in in my apt is not dirty at all yall need to do a deep cleaning when ppl leave

Best apartment I've lived at in Greenville, NC. The only apartment I have ever happily renewed my lease for. It's less than 2 miles from ECU, tucked in a quiet spot north of 10th street. Pet friendly and safe for kids and college students. The property sits at the edge of forested areas and it's peaceful. The staff have been absolutely kind and supportive the entire time I've been living here. I like loving so close to police and fire stations, school, groceries, and nature walks. I recommend Harbor Pointe apartments highly.

I love it out here . It's quiet , the neighbors don't bother me at all. We are all friendly . They have a police station on the corner and cameras throughout the neighborhood. I feel safe at all times . Maintenance is always around and do not mind helping . The front desk associates are always polite and kind .
