Same experience with all other bad reviews. Our building elevator stop working so often and there would be times when elders came with grocery bags and no staffs here are willing to help. I just got back from a trip with a luggage and multiple bags and the elevator is on maintainance. My room is on the 7th fl, I called the office and got left with voicemail. I walked all the way the public safety office, I ask for help carrying my luggage and they say they don't do that. Also my room had problems with wasp from somewhere at the corner outside the building keep coming into my bedroom from the windows. I contacted the maintainance many times. I specifically wrote in the description to "get rid of the wasp and where they came from" but all they do is came into the room, looking around, place

Harbor Point could be an amazing place to live, but most tenants seem to share the same frustrations. The location and ocean views are great, but the way management operates makes it hard to enjoy living here. Many residents describe rude or dismissive communication from staff, long delays with maintenance, and people entering apartments without proper notice. Several reviews mention feeling unsafe or disrespected because of how management handles complaints or inspections. The buildings are very old, with frequent problems like broken AC that only runs seasonally, poor insulation, and mice issues. Rent keeps increasing every year, yet the upkeep and quality of service keep going down. Some also mention locked amenities, noise, and packages going missing. If you look through the reviews

Beautiful community, disappointing management experience. Harbor Point on the Bay is a gorgeous place to live, the views and location are truly great. Unfortunately, the experience with the management team has been far less pleasant. Some staff, like Heidi, are genuinely helpful and professional, but many others come across as dismissive or outright rude. When I raised legitimate concerns (with proof), the response I received included the phrase, “You should be happy we didn’t do more,” which felt unprofessional and condescending. It’s disappointing to see such an attitude toward residents in what’s otherwise a wonderful community. Beautiful property - but management needs to remember that residents deserve respect, not arrogance. (I have already emailed screenshots documenting the issue

The most unprofessional, unhelpful, and unorganized maintenance staff I have ever dealt with. They have been informed of a rodent infestation for over 5 months and have yet to make any meaningful progress. Requests are cancelled, ignored, or flat out lied about. Be wary! Do not live here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I lived there the whole entire 2018. When me and roommate were looking for an apartment, I told him I want two main things from any apartment I am going to live in: first it should be near the metro station. Second, it should have 2 bathrooms. And he found Harbor Point, 15 minutes walking from JFK/Umass station, and has two bathrooms. I loved the area, especially in the summer where I open bedroom window (in the 7th floor) and enjoy seeing the ocean and listening to the seagulls. However, the seagulls can be problematic for those who sleep at daytime. Overall, I think Harbor Point has 2 flaws: First is that Harbor Point is so expensive! Our apartment costed $2,200 and we have to split it into $1,100 for each, the average apartment in Boston is around $700-$800. Second, is their maintenan
