Used Harbor Island for almost four years now and Terry Little is the best Realtor/landlord I have ever worked with. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is so genuine and authentic and you can’t trust anyone more than her! Also, the entire maintenance team is phenomenal. Jason is the nicest guy! I am lucky to have found such a respectable company.

We have been renting from Harbor Island Management for almost 4 years now and the only reason we are moving out is because we bought our first home. It has been a very good experience. This property manager is very good at sending people to fix things within 1-2 days (that is the experience we have had). The rental was just what we needed while looking for our first home. I absolutely loved living here. Location is great. Right in the middle of town and it is very quick to get to every part of town from here. Great value for your dollar. Has a garage which is always a plus for storage. All neighbors are great and friendly. Very close to parks and schools. Dry close to dining and shopping. Quick drive to Wrightsville Beach. Management is nice and easy to work with. Rarely needed maintenance but when I did, it was taken care of very quickly. Five out of five stars. Highly recommend.
