Harbor House on Saratoga

Harbor House on Saratoga is a nice and safe place to live. The staff is always kind and welcoming. They take a great care of the place and units. it is beautiful and clean, plus it has a pool.

PROS: Great office staff, quiet complex, cool amenities, right in the middle of a lot of stores and much more. CONS: (Which are big ones) - I feel like we overpay for a lot of the issues that occur here with the water constantly being off. It is extremely frustrating because we have been told that the pipes have been fixed, but I am writing this review on Christmas Eve of 2025 and the water is currently off without any warning. The water is off (or the hot water is not working) about 1 to 3 times a week. I have gone to work more than a handful of times without showering due to random shut offs; and this is frustrating. This, by all means is not the front office staffs fault, as I know they are doing their best, but I would not encourage my family or friends to move here; the main reasonin

I’ve been at these apartments for about 8 months and it’s honestly my favorite place to live. Harbor House Apartments on Saratoga is truly amazing! The front office ladies are always so kind and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make residents feel at home. I love that the complex hosts events for tenants to connect with each other—it really builds a sense of community. The staff works hard, and maintenance is always quick and efficient when requests come up. Any issues are handled promptly and with care. The environment here is constantly being updated and upgraded so residents can enjoy the best experience possible. It’s also very pet-friendly, with space for pets to enjoy, plus a beautiful pool and relaxing lounge area that makes it easy to unwind. The main office also has fun

I’ve been staying here for about 8 months now. It is a beautiful community and the events are so sweet and special. They always aim to have something going on! The work room, gym and pool are always clean and welcoming. Personally they should just work on the maintenance side of things. We’ve had a leak in the ceiling that took 3/4 months to repair, and still haven’t gotten the water damage fixed although we scheduled it a month ago. The water is constantly being shut off and the gates are broken and fixed every month. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re willing to put up with some inconveniences.

My favorite thing that I have loved about staying at Harbor House has to be the hammocks. Sitting there and drinking coffee in the morning starts my day off in the best way. The events have been super fun too as I get settled into Corpus Christi from Florida.
