BEWARE OF THIS AGENT/BROKER he has Zero knowledge of the law! I was a tenant of a home downtown which he represented the buyer. I had a lease to the end of the month and he did not notify his buyer and had them change the locks at closing… three days before my lease AND RENT WAS PAID. I was locked out of my residence at the end of my move three days before the end of the month! He has not returned my call I should have called the police but felt bad for his client! Beware of this uneducated agent!
