Happy Valley Apartments

Awful. Laura cancels tours all the time and won’t even give a reason why she books them if she’s just going to cancel. It’s happened to me 3 times now. They say it’s first come first serve but why even have a tour option if you never get to tour?? Would not recommend them but they’re buying all the rentals around the area. Beware.

My agent Laura was phenomenal! She actively listened to exactly what my needs were and she guided me through the process smoothly! She was communicative and catered to all my needs! Especially making sure I got everything within a reasonable price range! Laura made the process effortless!

Laura is great! I live a few states away but will be moving, and she was very kind to let me schedule a video tour of the apartment. Any question I have had, Laura has answered promptly.

Laura did a great job helping us find our new apartment in Bellefonte PA! We had a long list of wants and needs and she made sure that all of them got met. She even went as far as to place request for us on things that we wanted in the apartment. If you need help finding a place just give her a list of once and needs in your new apartment and she will make sure your needs are met within your budget!

The folks at Happy Valley Apartments are so amiable and helpful with any questions or assistance that I have needed in obtaining one of their apartments. I specifically have had most of my contact with Laura who is so amazing! She has helped make this new venture for me a great experience.
