Happy Homes Property Assessments

When I needed a condo inspection, I was especially interested in seeking help from a Bellevue local. From the start, Nick was communicative, informative, and friendly. I attended my inspection from start to finish and was able to ask questions, both general and property-specific, and Nick gave me thorough and thoughtful answers. Nick's inspection was also thorough; he really left no inch unturned within my small condo. His report was easy to follow and included plenty of photos with lots of detailed descriptions of any insufficiencies. I was able to request repairs based on his findings and learned a lot about home safety as well. I would recommend him for any home inspection, but was especially glad to have someone local in Bellevue to rely on. Thank you!

The inspection process with Nick was awesome. He was incredibly thorough in his report, but also invited us to walk through with him to make sure we saw and understood everything included in the report. Timeliness was great, and he even offered to us to reach back out with any questions or help we may need for our house in the future!
