O out of 1 stars was not an option. Zero correspondence. My mother recently passed away and I was named as the Executor of her estate. I called Hansen Law office on 10/7/25 and said this is my first time as an executor. I have no idea what I am doing. My Mother listed you as her attorney as you wrote and executed her Will… To say that Jay Hansen completely dropped the ball would be a massive understatement. My mother trusted his firm to handle her end of life paperwork and submissions after she passed. I reached out to him over and over… Seven calls no return phone calls, an email from me and our financial advisor; no reply, not a single response. We needed some simple estate planning done- Jay was going to send us paperwork- after a few days we called- his computer wasn’t working so he had his secretary send it. We filled it out sent it back and waited. Finally after a week we called back- he said he had been busy, but we got an appt. We met with Jay and he was supposed to send us out more paperwork to approve- another week, another call, and then got the paperwork. We had another in office meeting and he said we would have the final paper work by Tuesday- our meeting was on Friday am. We waited another week and called- he said he thought we were going to make an appt to see the finals, we said no he was going to send to us , so he said he would send right away- It’s now been 3 more weeks, and we never received a final draft!
