Beautiful community, nice homes, and friendly people. Absolutely a good place to purchase a home. On the outskirts of Wilmington, it's not too far from it or the beaches or I-40 for that matter. Overall I love it
Super cute neighborhood built by Bill Clark. Quality homes with beautiful cottage style.
The residents at Hanover lakes try to impose their rules on the surrounding streets that are not a part of their community. They constantly call the cops and harass everyone who lives near by. Hanover Lakes needs to put a gate around their community and keep their residents over there or under control
I see these homes in all phases of the construction process. They are built with the best materials and by contractors with an eye for craftsmanship .
Great place to be! I visit this area several times per week just to see the progress.
