Hanover Crossing

It’s mid. It’s a nice neighborhood and area, but the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors conversation and the outside. Screen doors don’t lock, doors are hollow, windows are bent, walls, closet poles look and feel like they’ve been painted over 100 times. Bedroom blinds have been taped over instead of replaced. The office staff are nice. But I wouldn’t consider this a forever home.

We just moved in to this complex and the experience was smooth and professional. Our apartment was fully renovated. Michelle gave us the tour and Aaron worked with us through each step of the process. They both have amazing spirits and were a big part of why we chose Hanover. Had an issue with the water and maintenance, Peter, was at our door within minutes on a Saturday and fixed the issue quickly. So grateful for a great team of people and a quiet, beautiful community. Would definitely recommend!

I lived here for two years 9 months and it really felt like home. Michelle is very friendly and helpful I will definitely miss this place. Mantainance team was also amazing and always on time whenever there was a need. Stay blessed I really appreciate you 🙏

The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with the exception of your neighbors. Even though the buildings are very old, you still hear too much. Maintenance is sub par at best, I've requested a simple repair 3 times only to have it ignored, they've always left my place with dirt and water on the floor after leaving it spotless for them, also hard to get them out to me sometimes. Adam is a good leasing agent who does seem to care. However they do seem very understaffed up front and with Maintenance. I feel as I get a fair deal for what I pay monthly and I do enjoy my large back patio. There's alot of worst places to live in the area. If Maintenance was more responsible I would've left a higher review. Overall I'm content, having only been here 5 months now.

We moved into Hanover Crossing this time last year and it has been a complete joy. The apartments and sturdy and nicely updated. Maintenance is prompt with anything that goes wrong and they keep you updated if there is a delay. The office team Michelle and Aaron are an awesome dual and we appreciate the kindness and professionalism extended to us during our stay. With the being said, it is with great regret that we will be moving at the end of our lease next month to care for and be close our Mom. We will miss the quiet, serene landscape of Hanover Crossing. We recommend anyone searching in the area to check them out. Awesome community!
