Absolutely amazing experience! I had the pleasure of touring Hanover Alewife with Jeff, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Jeff was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire tour. He took the time to answer every question, highlight all the best features, and made me feel completely comfortable and informed. The property itself is stunning! It’s beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. From the amenities to the overall atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. His knowledge and professionalism made the experience easy and informative, and we never felt rushed. Plus, his good looks and friendly personality made the tour even more enjoyable. I have had a great experience living here. The 6 weeks free move-in deal is what originally interested me in moving here. Jeff, Brandon, and Kai have been very helpful with the move-in and any issues that came up. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond to anything. They usually come within 24 hours to fix any problem. The building is nice and quiet at night, and the neighborhood is too. The parking garage is heated so you don't need to shovel or de-ice your car.

I really want to thank Brandon, the leasing manager. He’s incredibly quick and always follows up promptly. There were a few situations that required fast responses and consistent follow ups, and he handled them all so efficiently. He’s also kind and takes his job seriously— I really appreciate his professionalism and attentiveness. He’s just great at what he does! I had lived here a couple of years ago and recently moved back and I’m really glad I did. The leasing managers here have always been more professional and kind than other leasing staff I’ve experienced in other buildings.

Eddie and Roman from the maintenance team at Hanover Alewife are truly exceptional. Whenever we report an issue, they don’t just stop by to take a look, they make sure the problem is completely resolved. Every concern we’ve raised has been handled quickly and efficiently, and they’re always prompt and respectful of our time. The 5 stars are especially for these two. They are a huge asset to Hanover Alewife.
