Hank is amazing and I was so glad I found him to do a home inspection. Right off the bat, I could tell he was the real deal as he was very informative and helped me really decide what services I really needed. His fees are very reasonable and I really enjoyed chatting with him and sharing an interest in vintage/antique homes and items. He really helped me understand what would need to be replaced and what could stay, which really helped ease concerns has helped me keep a lot of the original vintage charm without having to alter too much. When you're looking to purchase one of the most expensive items in your life, you're also looking for the best home inspector. I chose Hank. I met him at the house hoping to be there during the process but he had already finished. He did address all of my previously given questions and concerns after the inspection with photo's and notes in the report. The report was given to me on the spot and he explained everything in laymen terms. I liked that. He also gave tips on how I could handle some of the smaller things myself and tips on maintenance and how to operate things like the water shut off, the electric shut off, change the house water filter.
