Looks are deceiving. The lady who work in the office is never here. Changes appointments last minute. Stood up my Grandma when she was supposed to pick up her key. It was a rat in the hallway. It’s so much I could type. Very unprofessional. Office hasn’t been open In over a week. It’s ridiculous. My sister has been waiting the whole week to apply after the lady told her to come down from Atlanta. She said they only process stuff in person yet she’s NEVER HERE. I haven’t seen the maintenance in over 3 weeks. The elevator has been broke over a week. I’ve been emailing and got no response. My 71 year Grandmother and her friend drove from Atlanta to pick up her key for her apartment and the lady literally stood her up. No communication at all. I don’t appreciate it. I only been here since July

Property is nice and all, property manager is HORRIBLE at communication. Applied for 2 bedroom, after a month and a half was told they were just gonna give us a 1 bedroom. Doesnt answer the phone during business hours, when they do answer, we get told “we’ll get a call back” and Never do… Its been about 3 months since ive applied, and still cant get a hold of anyone.

WOW, this place with all the great history had a chance to be a 5 star place for renters, but the person that could've made it 5 stars plus didn't get it and now you see...so sad this is turning into a slum lord rental property when it could have really shined, that's what happens when you put the wrong ones in the office and in-charge to manage and maintain. They could give a crap, it is looking just like crap, shame on the ones that are causing this and yes I am talking to you and you and you if the shoe fits, wear it!! If YOU can not manage the building and maintenance or have the wrong person not doing the proper job, get rid of them and get someone that can handle it!??! Office??? HORRIBLE Communication from office managers. Nobody answers the phone, especially when they’re supposed to be Open.

Beautiful building !!! Apartments are super spacious and very affordable.
