It's a decent looking property. When I went in for an application, I told them that I was a 100% disabled thru the VA. I was then told I made too much to live there. Ive never been told that. Lol
Just based on my coming into the office. They wasn't welcoming. Lady at the desk didn't even speak just kept her head down. And David wasn't chipper and welcoming either. Customer service is key!!!!! No matter who's going into your office. You are the face of FWM and you should act accordingly.
My daughter and little grandson live there. Its a mess. Playground equipment is broken/ falling apart, half the washers/dryers do not work and there is trash laying all over the grounds and is need of being mowed. Trying to get ahold of a manager or maintenance is almost impossible. Just because its considered low income does NOT mean it shouldn't be taken care of.
Lacey is super helpful! Very excited to start my next chapter at this location!
