Hampton Ridge Apartments

I am so glad I found this place! If you are looking for a nice, spacious, and affordable family apartment you need to look here. I love the townhouse style. Bedrooms upstairs and family area downstairs. If you have to have stairs let them be on the inside of your apartment rather than sharing outdoor stairs with everybody. I'm very happy here so far. They do have flat one floor apartments also, I just like the townhouse style more. The application process and getting everything together I needed was scary, and a little daunting for me. That's where April Jones and LaJuana Howard came to my rescue. Without those two beautiful ladies I'd still be trying to navigate the whole process. Both of them were so patient, kind and helpful. LaJuana and April were absolutely great at helping me through my move in and making any changes necessary so that I had everything I needed before moving in. Communication was excellent and they both showed so much patience and understanding. Every question I had was answered no matter how many times I called I was almost met with pleasant greetings and support by two very knowledgeable front office employees.

I am extremely disappointed with how my move-out process and overall residency were handled at this apartment community. After vacating the unit, I was charged excessive and questionable move-out fees that do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment when I left. One of my biggest concerns involves the move-in checklist documentation. The version of the checklist that was later presented including the copy submitted in response to my BBB complaint is not the version I completed at move-in. I do not recognize that document as an accurate representation of what I signed. Based on the timing and the discrepancies, this leads me to believe that the document may have been recreated or generated by someone in the office to support their claim, or that my original documentation was no

My experience with Lajuana & April was great! Everything was smooth & pretty quick for the most part! Today is only day one but I’m pretty it’s gonna be a great experience from here on out!
