Hampton Point Apartments

I’m an actual tenant and have been since like 2018 and the people in the office are awesome in every aspect possible this is one of the best places to live in all of charlotte county !!!! And if anyone thinks otherwise ⬇️ they should probably check a mirror cause it’s you ….cause I can guarantee it’s not the great and helpful caring office staff members that are here!!

Rude unfriendly staff. The tall bald guy just stared at me waiting outside with my two year old in the cold, didn't come open the door. The girl inside with braids in her hair spoke to me like i was an idiot when I couldn't figure out how their doorbell with no button worked. When I finally got inside they both disappeared and reappeared as I was getting ready to walk out. No thank you.

Had an experience with my pipe leaking where the water heater is. The maintenance guy who came out to fix it Wayne was very cordial and kind. He explained the entire procedure of what he was doing and why. And I appreciate it that so much. Most times people will just come in do their job and leave. But not Wayne. His kindness was felt. Thank you

We have came here to try check out a property, OK, come on. When we came before Gabby was here and she the best. When the Ukrainian man is alone he doesn’t answer the door and the voicemail box is full. Also, pool seems to be closed a lot bc the clean company hasn’t came by as well..? Seems most of the time he locks the doors but it says open. I’m only saying and hearing what current residents are saying when walking past. Just was here for 20 minutes and no answer even a resident tried to help me and it seems he’s changed so much that they weren’t happy not sure what’s going on but we are going else where for sure.

I’m very happy with the remodeling and changes they made. The office and maintenance staff do a very good job.
