Hampton Park Apartments

My 6+ years living at Hampton Park have been truly wonderful. This is the longest amount of time I've lived anywhere, except for my childhood home. I have experienced ups and downs with neighbors who have been noisy and neighbors who have parked where they shouldn't have. People have parked in my reserved, covered space and I have simply noted the license number and let the management know; the situation was handled in less than one day. I have complained about noise and after management contacted the unit, the noise stopped. That's apartment living and I have done my best to be quiet and very respectful of others. My 9 year of living here at Hampton park apartment has been wonderful. The management team are really helpful and nice. I never had any problems regarding my experience living here. I adore Lisa making sure any issues I have in my apartment is well resolved, the maintenance teams work hard. I love how everyone in the office are helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely miss Hampton park apartment when I move out due to my family expending and need 3 bedrooms. Hampton park apartment is a place where you can call a home.

I’ve lived here at Hampton Park for almost a year and am very pleased with my situation. The complex is located centrally to almost anything you could need. Kate and Lisa in the office are absolutely amazing, great communication, fast response, and so so friendly! They know everyone in the complex and always say hi. I had my keys stolen and they replaced my locks immediately. I’ve had problems with maintenance at previous buildings and was pleasantly surprised when they said they’d fix my locks right away. Recently we’ve had a few vehicles broken into. After reporting it to the office Kate and Lisa have been so helpful and have made efforts to increase security right away. I lived at this apartment complex close to five years, and it was truly a wonderful place to call home. The manager Lisa, assistant manager Kate then Daniel, and maintenance team Luke& Cisco were consistently amazing — always helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. They truly care about the residents, and it shows in the way they handle every situation with kindness and efficiency. I felt safe, supported, and well taken care of the entire time I lived there. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone dear to me. If you’re looking for a place with a great community and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond, this is it! :)

I have to say I am pleased how much its improved over the past year of living here. I recently needed a new dishwasher so after a few visits to inspect it the complex finally agreed and replaced our dishwasher and the old 10+ year old floors in the kitchen that had a few rips in it from previous tenant and bathroom. Zeth from property Maintenance has been fast clean quick and friendly . Because of this we Have decided to stay for a year or two more as The atmosphere and management have improved.
