Hampton Gardens Apartments

Great place to live. All the staff are courteous. The maintenance staff is always responsive and within a reasonable timeframe. The apartment has a dishwasher. Thats a must have. It’s a nice size for the price you pay. And you really can’t find nice apartments at these prices anymore. You won’t regret moving in here. I’ve been pleased now for five years and counting.

I’ve been at Hampton Gardens Apartments for three years. It is a quiet community for singles, seniors and families. The neighborhood has shopping, restaurants and medical services nearby. In the studio apartment kitchen you will find wooden cabinets and white appliances. Beige carpets and walls can be found throughout the apartment. Tile floors complement the bathroom and kitchen. Maintenance requests are answered quickly. The office manager and her staff handles any other questions. Rent increases so far have been modest. I plan to live here for a long time.

I am living here forth year, service people very helpful with any issies and respond to my calls or emails same day.Mohamed was very helpful with friend application process and showing appartments.

Mohammed is a good addition to forest station and Hampton gardens ,He will do his best and try to help you in any way he can .He shows his ability in the way he talks to you very intelligent and has a good conversation, im glad hes here

I don't even have words anymore this was the worst experience in housing. If i could give this place a 0 i would. I had to call corporate for everything because the management sucks that much. That was THE ONLY WAY I could get anything rectified. Short summary: Leasing agent sent me photos of the wrong apartment before moving and i found out on move in day. She refused to give me a tour beforehand. Maintenance is a joke...I started fixing things myself and my neighbor offered tools because they know Maintenance is a joke. Property Manager won't answer phone even when in office...they say email is fastest but took up to a week to respond. I've had mold in my bedroom for months before they fixed (incorrectly)...they'll put brand new sod down, but don't care about the health of their ten
