When the homeowner association of this community was run by Jack there was transparency and a sense of community. Now that is run by Marlene, its just an utter mess, she no longer holds meeting which according to the law "In Florida, homeowner associations are legally obligated to hold regular membership meetings". The HOA hold private meetings without informing the members. They had tow trucks a while back targeting neighbors car and guests from their own driveway with no compensation or zero apologies. Make sure to ask around before buying.

! Ongoing abuses in HOA. Association’s board 7 years expired continues refusing to hold elections in violation of bylaws. Association Won’t hold meetings and won’t allow any homeowners access to HOA financials. All goes against bylaws and the law in Florida statute. this is not a review of the homes or the neighbors, who all want to make the association what it should be: FAIR to ALL homeowners.
