Josh built our home in Ocean Crest 7 years ago. From the first time we met he was Professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Through out our build he communicated every step of the way, was honest and took responsibility if ever there was a problem. We love our home and receive lots of compliments on its design and finishes. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish and would gladly build with him again.

We have built two homes with Josh Rosenbaum since 2015. We have lived in Ocean Hammock since 2004. Over the years as we walked and drove through our development we would always stop and take notice of homes being built. It was always apparent that the homes that Josh built were of better quality. We decided to build our first home with Josh in 2015 and our second in 2021. We were thrilled with both! Josh has the knowledge of what is required to build in a tough environment like salt air. He has spent time researching the best paint, windows, etc. that is required to withstand the elements. Even today as we see homes being built, we can spot homes that are not being built the right way by inexperienced or inexpensive builders. Josh will build your family a quality home! I had previously built several custom homes and the experience was not pleasant. My last custom home experience was exceptional because of Josh’s involvement. His involvement from initial design to final walk through made the process smooth and undaunting. He was willing to listen and communicate, and provide the best products and materials necessary to customize our dream home. I would not consider using anyone else if I needed to build another home.
