Hammack Creek

We moved in to hammack creek at the beginning of the year and is been the best thanks to miss angela for being there for the kids in the after school program they have for free for the kids ! My daughter loves going for all the activities miss angela has for the kids ! Miss angela truly deserves some type of recognition ! For what she does for the kids ❤️

Angela Gomez helped my family register for school and bus transportation. I would like to take a moment to shout her out. With her help I was able to get all my kids registered and get on the bus so they can have a successful year. Thank you Angela for your patience and understanding and being so kind! Even one star is too much for them they are minus stars my friend is living there when they have an emergency maintenance the office does not respond for the weeks of and the leasing office staff don't care about the residents

Dear owner and property manager, I urge you to take a walk around the grounds of this establishment. In comparison to Alta Landing and other apartments in the vicinity, this property is in an extremely poor and unacceptable condition. The exterior of the building is disgustingly dirty. Is there no groundskeeper available to power wash the sidewalks and repaint the walls and doors? The stairwells give off a neglected appearance, although the interiors are well-maintained. However, there seems to be a visible pest issue, which unfortunately seems common for Texas. The sidewalks within the walkways are in dire need of attention, as they are filthy and unkempt. It may be beneficial to send notices to tenants reminding them not to litter or damage the property. Additionally, the carpet in the
