Went to check out the 4 houses built on " Rock the Block " season 6. Huge disappointments. No nail holes filled, or sanded and puttied over... Tons of trim was not securely attached to the walls.... The trim and fake beams on the ceilings were not straight/lined up or looking good or finished. The rooms that were not shown on the TV show were actually built correctly, straight, finish work done and looked good. They will lose money. All 4 of the " TV show houses " appraised at $1.3-1.4 M... No one in their right mind would pay that for the lack of quality or workmanship in those slapped together reality houses. The other houses NOT built for the show, actually were constructed well, looked good and are priced at a realistic $700k to $849k
