First, this place is a hidden secret!! It’s beautiful, roomy and in a GREAT location! I am lucky enough to see the ads and call the incredible EMILY, who is OUTSTANDING! I can’t say enough good about her and her office partner, John. They are so friendly and I had to fortunate ability to watch them with other guests and it was a beautiful site. I knew instantly that I had to make application and secure a spot in this new community! It’s safe (I currently live in the Barclay area), everything is a stones throw away and I can’t wait to get my approval and make this my new, spacious home! Call Emily, you will be glad you did!!!

I just moved into this community and I am beyond happy with my decision! The area is absolutely gorgeous—beautiful surroundings, well-kept grounds, and such a welcoming atmosphere. Even more than that, the leasing office staff is truly amazing! I needed a relatively quick move in and the manager, Chris Stegall went above and beyond to make this happen for me and helped make it a smooth, stress-free process! I also received wonderful help from John and Emily in the office as well! You can genuinely tell they care about their residents. I’m so excited to call this place home and would 100% recommend this beautiful community to anyone in the search!

I just moved in neighborhood on December 9th. It has been a great experience. Emily was/is amazing at her job. She was always patient as I took forever to decide which Cottage I wanted to move in. This has been a dream for a long time. John and Chris are new to property but continue to amaze me with their willingness to make sure we as residents feel comfortable and making sure that if there are issue's that they are resolved immediately. This property is so precious. The neighbors so far are amazing! If you decide to make this property your home, I really think you will be so happy here. Noo need to look anywhere else. I live here and absolutely love it! During the recent snowstorm, our manager Chris made sure the property was fully prepped ahead of time and cleared promptly the following day. We are truly lucky to have a manager who genuinely cares about the residents who live here. Every time you walk into the office, the entire team is so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing team. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is it!

Wow these were beautiful! Love the location. We are retired so we loved the all on one level option. They felt very bright, opened and airy. The cottage look and pretty colirs were so charming. Special thank you to Emily and staff who were so professional and so pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Hamlet in Wilmington North Carolina. Thank you.
