Hamilton Springs Apartments

I'm a week late, however, I want to thank the Hamilton Springs rental staff and the Baltimore City Police for organizing a community townhall. There have been several car thefts and vandalisms in our community within the past few months that has broken the peace of us residents. Understanding, there is an increase of these criminal acts around the city, I applaud the efforts of the team for doing what's necessary to keep our community safe. I'm sure most tenants will agree, overall, it's a pleasure living in Hamilton Springs, and we would like to continue to enjoy that peaceful living. Once again, thank you.

Ariel and Wesley are great. Whatever issues you are having the are always there to address them in a timely manner. Maintenance is really good with getting repairs done with in a day or two. I been here 3 years and haven’t had any issues with theft or rodents definitely a plus in my book.

Omg, where do I start wow!! My move-in was very smooth. Wesley and Arielle are wonderful. They made my whole process great. I’m loving my apartment and so does my dog Milo lol. It’s so clean in the neighborhood and I love every bit of it. It’s very convenient as far as work for me. I know for a fact I’m going to enjoy my stay at Hamilton Springs ☺️☺️‼️

On my first day at Hamilton Springs. Arielle help me out alot. Wesley also help me out too. I am so happy I chose this place to lived.Arielle also had good customer service.My 2 bedroom apartment is real nice and spacious.

This weekend Hamilton Springs Apartment had my car removed from the parking lot after being a resident for 5+ years. It cost me $350.00 to get my car back from Vision wreckers at 7517 Bel Air Rd. Literally 6 minutes from my house. I’m so angry and disappointed in this complex, I take back all the good things I ever said about this complex. Now you’ll gonna get the truth! Pissed off completely!
