About a year ago, I explained my situation in detail before even seeing the place or paying for anything. They assured me that this is something they could work with. Showed fake empathy and concern with my wellbeing and owner even talked about his daughter being similar to myself who had just moved across the country. Once I applied my credit score came back 150 points lower than what was on my actual official credit score through annual credit report which clearly debunked their claim that my credit was low. Seems like a tactic to get application fee money.

The worse they refused to give you refund over and over request is email and they continue to give you different discounts will never use again and I do not recommend.
