Hamilton Place Apartments

I've been there for a couple of lovely events, and my friend lives there and he enjoys it very much. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are immaculate. And they have a lovely conference room and a lovely backyard. I have also had the lovely opportunity to play guitar for some of the residents there, and they were very appreciative. I even saw a wedding there between two residents who met at Hamilton and gradually developed a delightful relationship and got married. I saw the marriage in the backyard of Hamilton, it was absolutely classy and beautiful. Top notch! When I am of age, I suspect I will be applying to live there. Enjoy your evening!

My parents moved into these senior apartments a couple months ago. Management is overly strict and uncompassionate, while letting friends break rules and breaking them themselves. Then it got even worse. My fiance, 3 year old daughter and myself were visiting during the holidays and they made us feel extremely unwelcome long before their 14 day guest stay limit was reached. We spent nights a motels twice during these 14 days but my parents were still rudely harrased by assistant manager Tom Watson during this time about our Chihuahua who was officially listed as a guest and everything. We were forced to stay a couple days extra due to the manager at our new place taking the holidays off and not being able to sign our new lease. My in laws recently moved when another residents dog attacked their dog. Management and animal control were called in and it was shown that this lady’s animal was clearly the aggressor, but management didn’t do anything about this woman or her dogs aggression. This isn’t the only problem with this complex though. There is a huge problem with gossip and that includes the people who work here. Everyone is in everyone’s business and the residents are super petty, they will go so far as reporting your animal for barking- even if theirs are barking. Management is also a problem. They say one thing and then do another, and when you press them about it they continue to lie to cover their tracks.
