Mother lived there till she went to the nursing home.. we keep the apartment till we knew she wasn't coming home.. Mom past on October 4th.. Maintenance assured us apt was clear. We couldn't catch management at office and left key under mat with text to maintenance person. I left messages from president to ceo and no response. Finally caught new management at office..said I was a liar and owed money... didn't write us out till 10/21.. now maintenance person has also quit...snuff said 🙄
I have lived here 11 years. They maintain the apartments and the grounds very efficiently. They have activities planned through the month, if you happen to be a social butterfly. Susan, is the manager of the complex. Wonderful and warm personality, who cares about the complex as well as the tenants.
Nice quiet the residents are very nice can't find a nicer place like Hamilton place Thank you
