Hamilton Park Apartments

The best apartment for me. They are always helping when we need any inquiries. The staff are professional and the apartment is comfy and so equipped with the right electronics. One thing that I can be 💯 percent sure is that Hamilton park apartments in Methuen are amazing because they are very strict with their policies and this is something that people are looking for! People who respect other people’s privacy and choices. And the community is a safe environment to walk around.

Management is highly unprofessional. I had the displeasure to interact with Angelina during my application process. After signing the lease and being told the unit was move in ready they told me i could not move in on agreed date later to be told that they were terminating the lease agreement effective immediately. They are okay with breaking their lease regardless of what agreement states (60 days written notice) will not answer my calls as they state "they don't want to deal with this anymore." The units look old and poorly update compared to other buildings within walking distance, they are disrespectful going as far as swearing to possible tenants on the phone. Do not deal with these people.

Westgate Arms in Methuen, MA has been getting worse with time. I have had an incredibly frustrating experience living in this apartment complex. The management is nearly impossible to get in touch with, and when you do, many time they are rude and dismissive. It's outrageous that we aren't allowed to decorate our own doors, making it feel more like a prison than a home. Package theft is rampant, yet they refuse to install security cameras. It's evident that they don't prioritize the safety and well-being of their residents. Overall, this place lacks basic amenities and care for its tenants. I would strongly advise against anyone considering living here.

Live here at your own risk! I’m writing this review on Christmas Day. This isn’t the first or the second time our water has been unexpectedly shut off without notice. Besides the time, a pipe burst on the street which is understandable. You can understand the frustration when the water suddenly turns off in the middle of a warm shower. Need I say anymore? Ever since management has change, it has been a consistent lack of communication among management to people who pay to live in these units. This is not worth the rent increase for the new year nor is it worth living in a place you’ll have to gamble with whether you have running water or not!

Nicely updated with dishwasher , keyless entry , relatively quiet, built in AC , Balcony , Storage. The outside does not do it justice compared to how nice it is inside.
