Hamilton Park Apartments

They need a better staff in leasing office. Went there for a tour from MD, got asked to move the tour 30 mins late prior but nobody showed up. The leasing office is tricky to find as well, there's a dog that kept on barking so you know what I got 3 legged dog, this apt has no pet policies so don't wanna risk it for my dog. So this apartment already showed negative signs that I don't wanna deal with. Good thing I had another errand to run in PA so me going there is not a total waste.

Cathy in the office was awesome, the maintenance staff was timely and efficient. It’s an older property, it’s not brand new but it still works. Older appliances, but mid way through my fridge broke and they replaced it with a new one. The bedroom had a cute little book nook in the window. It’s on the outskirts of Harrisburg, pushed back off the road behind a post office. It’s not a bad area. *water and trash was included* and the utilities for it being an old place were not bad at all. Also it’s pet friendly! Neighbors were hit or miss but that’s with every place. Only note id have them adjust is to have the apartments be non-smoking inside. The guy below me smoked a lot and the smell made my clothes smell and from time to time it was really bad in my apartment. Other than that there was

Me and my wife ended up having to backout because our current housing place wont let us break our lease but hamilton told us they would refund us our 500$ by mailing a check its been more than a week got nothing and we try calling them multiple times a day and absolutely no answer ever so I think they are avoiding us on purpose and its not cool

They're luxury apartments but the rooms are small, so they feel squeezed

I enjoyed living here. My apartment wasn't upgraded like others but still well maintained. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I did hear my neighbors but that's to be expected.
