No hot water without notice. Without answers. HOLLY you need to do better it's 36 degrees in MD right now. This is shameful! Why is the water always off and we are paying $100 extra a month! You get 7 mins at best of hot water and the pressure is ssa. these janky last minute text messages irritate my soul. i called WJZ to report these slum lords I hope y'all do the same. Until they fix it Update : they are charging ridiculous court fees but the court website says it should be $64 dollars only. This apartment complex is filled with section 8 tenants and horrible management! They never fix anything just patch of cover up the issues that keep reoccurring. The washing machines are nasty! The gym is pitiful and the equipment never works. Someone keeps breaking into the laundry rooms to do what …. Lord! The lady in the office is USELESS! She can’t do nothing on time but take her cigarette break. Parking is unhinged! We have parking passes for fun when random cars fill the parking lots at night - they stopped paying the towing company so there that! Whenever you have maintenance in your apartment you have to watch them and watch how they are changing/ fixing things.

Housing property manager Holly is unprofessional and very disrespectful nothing gets done maintenance men are lazy do half ass workers don't want to do there job and when there is a problem they do everything but solve the issue

When I first moved here in 2017 I loved it here. The apartments were under a different management. The staff was very responsive and took care of my needs in a timely fashion. Now that it is has been under new management I hate it here. I can't wait until I move. It's no where to park anymore. Someone broke my son's window back in January. They took a whole month to fix it. I kept making several complaints because it was winter season and my son's room was cold. I now have water damage to my ceilings from them renovating the apartment above me. Tomorrow will make a whole month and they still don't care to fix it after I sent several emails and talked to Sam and the maintenance man in person. It is very sad that I pay my rent every month on time and have to deal with this kind of poor servi

There are worse places to live and this is high on the list. Management is useless and lazy. There is black mold in the ceiling of my unit and Nothing has been done about it. The floor is peeling and nothing has been done about it. The biggest consistency is the lack of repairs on the property! The staff gets too smart and if you voice your opinion they’ll never come around to fix anything. The walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do and say! You can smell the food of others coming through the walls and in the hallways.
