The place itself wasn’t bad to live in. However, the move-out process was extremely frustrating. I moved out in October and was told my security deposit would be returned within one to two weeks. By November, I started calling to follow up but was never able to reach anyone—calls were constantly transferred, disconnected, or routed to automated systems. It wasn’t until I repeatedly emailed them with lawful documentation regarding renter rights and security deposit timelines that they finally responded, which was already the week of Thanksgiving. I have had nothing but problems at this place. Their maintenance team or lack thereof seems to go out of their way to not resolve any issues you may have. From the smells and noise it's absolutely a joke of a property. Constantly finding trash in the hallways and leaky trash bags in the elevators. Not to mention that their "security cameras" that hey have up don't even work. I had my vehicle that was parked in their parking lot hit by someone who left the scene and I thought that I would have security cameras to rely on but low and behold the "security cameras just so happen to not work". The property, maintenance, and management are all a joke. I wish incould give it a lower score. If you want revenge on someone, recommend this property to them as if it's a high end establishment....which

This company has gotten many complaints from my family . For the last few weeks there has been work going on in the apartments starting bright and early in the morning. I completely understand construction may need to be done , but no letter stating there will be work in the buildings ? I have a newborn who has continuously woke up due the noise happening at random times in the day , ESPECIALLY MORNINGS . 7am?! NO NOTICE. It’s completely inconvenient to me and my neighbors. This complex has cause so many issues. Definitely WILL NOT be renewing our lease.

Like the place alot! Only 4 stars cuz there's no pool at this property but there is one at the others. All in all I've been here almost 20yrs & have no big complaints, it's expensive but so is everywhere. Not a problem with maintenance at all, I call say somethings broke & they fix it usually very quickly unless a part needs to be ordered. Once I called for a brace in the kitchen cabinet & got a whole new kitchen :). We unfortunately have a few tenants who are thieves but I just found out we are getting amazon lockers at some point so at least they are trying to resolve that issue. There's over 60 apartments, you can't control what everyone does all the time. We have had mice but the building is over 40yrs old so shouldn't be surprised & exterminators are here yearly so it's not out of c

This review is specifically on weed smoking. Whereas I appreciate living here, someone has been smoking weed inside building 60 day and night. Lately, it's been getting worse. It's 9am and the hallway feels like a weed chimney. Please do something about it!
