A lovely building to live in, that includes laundry facilities on the first and second floor and vending machines on the first for a snack in the middle of the night! Management is always willing and there to help. Maintenance on site to help with your issues. ( Clogged sink, light bulbs etc.). Trash shoot available on each floor for your convenience. They have programs like Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner that the residents provide food for. (Ms.Maryland is the best cook here!) We all attend as a big family who looks after one another. Everyone shows concern and checks in on one another. They opened seven years ago and when they move in they don't leave. If you're lucky to apply and GET one of these lovely abodes you will be VERY PROUD to call it home. Including a social worker
