Halston Shiloh Valley

My partner and I viewed many apartments in the area. The moment we pulled into Halston Shiloh Valley we knew this was going to be our home! We enjoy so many of the amenities. Very quiet and respectful neighbors along with great staff at the office. Ask for Brittany when taking your tour, she's the best! I highly recommend living at this complex!

I recently moved out after a 13mo lease. Let’s start with my move in day on a weekend they were closed - Brittany gave me the keys to my apartment but did not come with me to open my unit. The keys did not work and I had to call emergency maintenance to come help as my movers were right behind me. The unit was filthy there was hair in the sink and pee on the toilet seat. The windows are very poorly insulated so during the colder months you will notice significant temperature changes throughout the unit where the windows are (condensation also happens and mold grows) the maintenance team is hit or miss. Our basement apartment fully flooded from freezing main sprinkler line in the attic. They made us pay for the rest of our lease (5months) and would not offer us another apartment. We had a ring camera that caught them firing water and mold mitigation for telling them that the apartments affected were unlivable. This affected at least 10 apartments, some people were lodged stuck in their apartments for many days due to the wooden doors swelling and no longer opening. We had water shooting 10' out from every electrical outlet, and water pouring out of the lights on the ceiling. They treated us all like trash and told us that they are our apartments so it's up to us to pay for the apartment. I just want to make sure this isn't forgotten and that people hopefully do not rent from this place.

Moved into a one bedroom renovated in October. Living and kitchen is open concept and feels spacious. Bathroom is spacious too. Flooring mostly except the bedroom which is nice. White walls, white counters, white cabinets, and white lights to give it a bright vibe. Gabriel at the leasing office made things easy with the move in process. He’s also a resident and gave an honest opinion of the comfort living here. Had some minor maintenance issues but Willie and the maintenance team is quick to come and fix things. Only complaints are: 1. They have a parcel locker; meaning amazon doesn’t always deliver to your door and you have to go pick it up and sometimes the deliverer gives you the wrong parcel locker code. 2.
