We recently had our water heater break unexpectedly, and it was a stressful situation. Thankfully, Freddi came out quickly and took care of the problem right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We’re so grateful for his help!

I want to shout out Freddy Is a very knowledgeable maintenance person and was able to troubleshoot and fix my issue quickly. I appreciate the management that sent them over to help me out and also complete my other work orders that was needed. There is still or issues that need resolved but my I’m more confident that they’ll be done quickly

We had kind of a rough move in, but the maintenance staff, especially Freddy resolved all our issues really quickly, and he does quality work. So far we are pretty happy with our apartment and the community!

Latest Review Update 1/8/2025 They have made some progress with the property. I really appreciate the staffs willingness to assist. Freddy P. With the maintenance team has been very helpful and looks into issues he is assigned promptly. If its an issue outside of his scope, he collaborates with his peers to resolve it. Many of the issues presented in my original review have been addressed and I have since renewed my lease for an additional year. MY CURRENT ASSESSMENT AS A NEWER TENANT (4 MONTHS) PROS- Quick access to various grocery stores (Aldi, Publix and Kroger are all less than 1 mile away) A variety Restaurants are also within a 5 mile radius. Renovated units. Quick access to 316, Northside hospital, movie theater, Sugar Loaf mills. Friendly staff and sociable staff. Affordable

Fiorella is the best! She is so kind and very helpful. She has helped me so much with my moving process, answered all my question with ease and didn’t make this a headache! When you come here go see her!
