Halston Citrus Ridge

I lived at Halston Citrus Ridge for three years. The apartments themselves are nice, and I did enjoy the physical space, but unfortunately my overall experience with management and maintenance was consistently frustrating. •My WiFi was not turned on at move-in as scheduled. •My lease renewal took over a month because the price kept changing. •I was told my garage opener would be fixed that day, but it wasn’t. I couldn’t access my garage for an entire weekend, and it was left unlocked for three days without notifying me. •Emergency maintenance took close to five hours to arrive. •The office rarely answered phone calls. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The administrative team is very professional and efficient, especially Jakie and Sarah whose kindness and attention to detail make everything easier. The apartment is beautiful, safe, and located in a peaceful community with very respectful neighbors. The social areas are lovely, and the swimming pool is one of my favorite spots to relax. Another amazing feature is the Starbucks coffee machine in the office — such a thoughtful touch that allows residents to enjoy a delicious cappuccino anytime. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve lived in, combining comfort, elegance, and excellent service. Highly recommended!
