⭐ 1 Star I can confidently say this is a terrible property management company that will make your homes value go down. I've lived next door to one of their rental properties for over a decade, and the decline has been nonstop. The lawn died years ago — the St. Augustine grass was never watered and is now overrun with chinch bugs. Both my neighbor and I had to re-sod our front yards because bugs came out of properties lawn. The home hasn’t been painted in years, there are large oil stains on the driveway and even on the street, and every tenant leaves the place in worse condition than the last. The most recent tenants left three overflowing garbage bins less than 20 feet from my front door, and they’ve been sitting there untouched for over two months. Both my neighbor and I had to call co
