Hallmark Homes

We had a fantastic experience building our home with Hallmark! When talking to other people who had homes built with other builders, they are always surprised by how our experience with Hallmark compared to their experience… Ours was so much easier and smoother. We are very pleased with the quality of our home. Building a home always involves some stress but Hallmark’s customer facing rep, Austin, helped every step of the way. He was so accessible and such a great person to work with. Not only that, but the one year warranty was handled so smoothly and easily, and we were able to fix anything that needed it. We would definitely build with Hallmark again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a home in the Treasure Valley!

Building a home with Hallmark Homes was a great experience. We selected the Cypress single level home (1827 sq ft). It is a nice layout that does not have a bedroom located in the front of the house which is what we wanted. The selection and upgrade process uses an online website for documentation and tracking. Additionally there were daily updates with pictures of the build progress. This is especially valuable since we are moving in from out of the area. The kitchen looks great (see attached picture). The landscaping is top tier and this is where some builders skimp. We are very happy with the home and recommend Hallmark Homes as a home builder. - Phil & Shirley

Hallmark Homes makes incredible homes with great attention to detail! Carson was great to work with, was/is always available for any questions we had, gave us all the info needed to move into our new home, etc. We can't recommend him and hallmark homes enough!

Hallmark Homes gave us the most pleasant experience building our home. From start to finish they were always there, communicating and making sure everything was done right. Austin and Carl are incredible to work with. Carl really and truly stands by his work. I can tell he really takes pride in what he does. Beautiful, quality built home. Ive seen a few new houses that seem to be “cheaply” built. When I toured a Hallmark Home, I was sold on the quality as I need a house that will hold up to kiddos. Everyone on their team was kind, patient, and helpful. I also appreciate how accessible they have been since I moved in.
