Hallmark at Truesdell Apartments

Wouldn’t even give a star. The grounds are filthy. They have a serious bug problem throughout building A they did come in the spray every 3 months but kept saying the neighbors have bugs.they had 4 diff property managers over 1 year. They said I owe a balance but didn’t bc they switch systems it went to my credit report I had to go through so much for it to be update the property manager was clueless on what to do. There was a double murder the same week I moved out. They shoot every day no one be in the office. My kids never could play outside. So many people be outside. Kids knock on the door everyday asking to take out trash for $1, they were about 5/6 years old. The place is out of orders it was truly a night mare. The door to short for the frame so it left a gap allowed bugs and cold

I absolutely love the new company that is working with the apartments. If you have a issue they are very quick to resolve it even with all of the covid-19 issues. Our office manager is incredibly sweet, the inside of the apartments are beautiful. The kitchen and living room are very spacious, bedrooms are the perfect size, good water pressure and there is great insolation. My only issue is the outside appearance which will be fixed after this virus mess. We have very kind neighbors and plenty of kids around for my six year old to play with that-GET THIS-are supervised while they play. I'm all in all a very happy tenant . One more complaint-I wish the machine to load money on the laundry cards was in the laundry room so we could load the cards outside of business hours but it gives me a c

I’ve been at this apartment complex for over a year and the outside looks like a dump! The trash is always over flowing and all over the parking lot it would make anyone not want to live here. The reason for the two stars is because the inside of the apartments are great, nice layout and really spacious. If they cleaned up the outside it would bring the value of the place up big time.

This place is kid friendly, alot of people hanging out side. Kind of dirty like someone needs to keep up the grounds. My wife and I went to look at an apartment, just felt like it would be to loud and things for our liking.

This place is pure garbage. The management team, if that's what you want to call them, are worthless! Submitting a work order to them is a joke...something as simple as fixing a broken smoke detector in an apartment, which is serious by the way, takes them a decade. It has been a month of continuous beeping in the apartment, numerous requests to the front office by phone and in person and NOTHING! They think everything is a joke. The present management team needs to be replaced and someone with a real background in running an apartment complex needs to be hired. If you are considering moving here, I would suggest you look elsewhere. That is only a part of the problem around here. Do not believe the description of this area on the website...you will be misled. I will file a complaint with t
