Hallfield Apartments

I have had a pretty good experience here, I have had no issues with safety or neighbors. It’s pretty quiet. Definitely convenient when it comes to shops around and problems get fixed pretty quickly. It is a bit pricer compared to other places in the area, which is the only downside but other than that I would recommend if you can afford it. Edit: So I am notching the review down because I walked into my apartment and found that my toilet has been flooding my neighbors closet which they knocked on my door twice about. First time not finding anything wrong…. Its always nice to come home to that as a woman alone with no forewarning that men are going to be in your apartment. Great maintenance since the time I moved in here! I have lived and visited different apartments and the management company over Hallfield is absolutely amazing. Maintenance manager told me that himself and his team works to be proactive rather than reactive, and I second that statement is true. It’s evident in their work. The maintenance here is timely and is good on communication if there is any delays. 10/10 service so far, and wouldn’t be surprised if it continues this way.

I’m a new tenant and I really enjoyed my time with Randolph. He’s punctual and he has excellent customer service. He made my move in really smooth. I’d recommend everyone to the hall field apartments.

I've been a tenant here at Hallfield for 4 years and I find the complex to be very clean, quite and the grounds are well cared for. The repair on staff here are great also. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. On my recent service repair to replace my bedroom blinds, Lee from the maintenance team called me from outside my door to make sure it was ok for him to enter. On another occasion, the maintenance person came promptly after I initiated the service request for my toilet that was running. I can't recall his name but he great and fixed the issue quickly. I have not had any issues living here ans would give Hallfield 4 stars. Taking off 1 star because of small closets... but that could be because I have so many clothes...lol.

I would first like to say thank you to the amazing leasing staff that assisted me throughout my leasing process, but a special kudos to Arielle M. She was absolutely amazing, very sweet, considerate, patient and communicative! I have been in my unit for 1 full month as of tomorrow and this home is truly a breath of fresh air. The neighborhood is very quiet, my neighbors are sweet. This has been truly one of the best moving and renting experiences We've had. Thank you again! So happy to call this place home - update: I’ve been in my unit 3 full months now and still absolutely amazing. Arielle has been my saving grace time and time again.
