Hallet Crossing

I applied to Hallet nearly 3 years ago. During those 3 years I have tried stopping by during business hours and calling numerous of times. I could never reach anyone. Just recently, they have hired a new office manager, Lynn. She is amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and needs are being answered and met. She has really made a huge difference to this place even though she has only been there a few short weeks. My application from 3 years ago is finally getting processed and I look forward to living here in the near future once everything is ready!

I have tried to contact this facility many times, their office hours are not correct online. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls and have never heard back from them. Very disappointing. If anyone has any ideas on how to contact them more efficiently please let me know! Thank you :)

I have also been trying to get a hold of someone by phone, and email with no response. I paid to submit an application with an extra processing fee and have yet to hear anything.

Have been trying to get ahold of some body for quite some time now, still haven’t heard from anyone. Have gone to office during open business hours and still nobody is there, just would like to talk to somebody

Very upset with just trying to get in touch with anyone, i have tired for months now i have called multiple times with the phone going straight to voicemail and no returned calls, i have gone up to the office with no one ever there and even called the property management company with no luck ! They took my application fee and have not heard anything since its been 6 months !
