Hall Creek

I absolutely love living here. This quiet little community is very well taken care of. Luxurious living at its finest with fabulous amenities. From the complimentary morning cup of coffee or hot chocolate to the clubhouse parties offering wine and charcuterie happy hour. I loved the wrapping paper station at Christmas! The pool is amazing in the summertime. The fire pit cozy in wintertime. I love the propane grills are a huge plus and very clean. Both management and the maintenance team are so friendly and always there to help. Neighbors are friendly and I’ve enjoyed making new friends.

I Love Hall Creek, it is more than a place to live it is a community of wonderful people. I have made more true friends. The summers are so much fun. Everyone meets at the pool and we visit and cook out. The office staff and maintenance staff are on top of everything!!! So kind and will do anything they can to make your life here better and happy. The outside is kept clean and always freshly cut and plants for the season. The dog park is where all the dogs can play together and it is kept clean.

Hall creek is a great place to live! Wonderful neighbors! Kelly and Kelly in the office are awesome! If you want a safe and quiet place to live then look no further.

I lived at Hall Creek, and the biggest issue has been the lack of communication from management. Whenever I contact them about maintenance, move-out information, or basic questions, I rarely get a response. Emails, texts, and calls often go unanswered, which makes every process much harder than it should be. Residents shouldn’t have to send multiple messages just to get one reply. Clear communication is a basic expectation, especially when rent and fees are paid on time. This place could be much better if management simply responded and supported tenants more consistently.

My husband and I just recently moved out of Hall Creek apartments and if you asked me 6 months in if I would recommend the apartments to others, I would have said yes. We were extremely disappointed with the way management handled us moving out. We gave our 60 day notice as required back in September. We were contacted 3-4 different times about making a decision so as we stepped into the house buying process and the unknown, we decided we would just go ahead and tell Hall Creek we were moving out. When notifying them we were sent a notice to vacate, which stated our last day in our apartment was Nov. 4th and we would owe $200 for the month of November. We took that date and planned our whole house buying process around it as well as our budget. We moved out November 1st and went to turn in
