DON’T RENT HERE! Worst apartment complex ever! You will NOT get your security deposit back. Our microwave and dishwasher broke a month into moving in and we were told by maintenance they needed to be replaced. They were still broken when we moved out. And now I get a bill for new carpets??? Because they claim they had pet stains. They weren’t but what was the pet fee for??? This place sucks!

We're going on five years and are happy for the most part. It's clean and still feels relatively updated. It's a great value when you compare it to other apartments in the area. We have our own garage, own front door, in unit washer and dryer, and gas fireplace. The neighborhood is safe. We hardly ever hear our neighbors (except when they open and close their garage because our bedroom in on top of their garage) so sound proofing is pretty good between units. Haven't had any significant problems with pests. (We did get quite a few chunky spiders downstairs at one point, but we figured out where they were coming from and plugged the hole. We also spray for bugs quarterly). We do most of the small maintenance ourselves (such as dead light bulbs, broken fixtures, sealing holes, clogged drain

Don’t live here if you work night shift, like to sleep in, or just like being able to relax in your home and not listen to lawn mowers and weed whackers nearly every other day. No exaggeration. The lawn care is EXCESSIVE, starts when the sun comes up and lasts several, several hours unnecessarily. They will be outside my window mowing a very small patch of grass for literally an hour. Just when you think they’re done they come back and weed whack the same small patch for an hour. And then they’ll come back around with the blower or sometimes even the mower. The other day they were out there weed whacking the entire morning. As a night shifter it makes it impossible to sleep even with white noise and a fan going. Again I want to emphasize that this happens SEVERAL days of the week on a cont

Terrible Customer Service. I went and looked at apartments twice. They told me that a one bedroom would be coming available in November. I told them that I was interested and would like to come back and look at it. I also asked if I could bring my appliances and they said yes, as long as the other ones were stored in the garage. They said that they would give me a call when it was available to see. I work out of town and called them when I returned early to check on the apartment. They said Oh it was rented. Then they showed me a 2 bedroom with a garage and I told them I would take it. After filling out the application and leaving a $300 deposit, I was told by Alicia the manager that I could not bring my appliances in. Only the refrigerator was allowed. I asked how it would look with a sta

Nothing but good experiences with this apartment complex. There is nothing half as good in the same price range in the area. I have central HVAC, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, parking is never an issue, live beside a gorgeous wooded area, and even have a fireplace. There is a very nice park across the street, and it’s quiet. The people in the office are have always been very kind to me. I know people who pay the same for a tiny crappy apartment in Albany in 100 year old buildings that aren’t well kept and think it’s well worth the commute to live here. The northway is maybe 10 minutes away, and snow is cleared promptly. I’ve lived here almost 3 years now.
