Absolutely worst first apartment experience ever. The current landlords who took over from the originals absolutely blow my mind on how little they care about their tenants. Our bedroom ceiling is brown from water damage and starting drilling right above where we sleep, the second bedroom has another drip from the ceiling and we were told they would send a roofer….they never did. Our water turned brown without any explanation or answer. We had carpet bugs and again they stated an exterminator would contact us-they never did. There’s mold growing in the bathroom along with a foundation crack in the living room. They tried to impose an outrages pet fee outside the signed contact that already stated and was signed for N/A pet fee. They boosted the rent but have done nothing to improve the qua
