Do not rent with this company. They are awful to tenants and treat them with very little care or concern. Do not expect a reply to any email, phone calls, etc., they will ignore your communication even after countless attempts to reach them. Completely unacceptable. Edit: Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very difficult to work with and make living in one of their buildings very unpleasant.

Terrible, would give zero stars if I could. Email support is hilariously terrible, as is support from the office. I only trust the maintenance team to take care of anything, everyone else involved is... if I were to choose several words, they would be "morally bankrupt" and "sleazy". I emailed them (outside of office hours) that the keycards to my unit/building weren't working when temperatures outside were sub-zero, just for the office to reply back a day later with an obviously copy and pasted default response addressed to the wrong person (probably an email to the tenant they copied and pasted it from) with no follow up. If I could do zero stars I would. They couldn't care less about their tenants. No live in super with over 200 units (illegal), smells like garbage often, broken doors, elevators down weekly. No heat in some units. Lack of sufficient hot water and pressure. Brown water. More than anything is their absolute inability to take responsibility.

Do not rent with Halcyon. We were strung along for two weeks gathering information just to be dropped the week of moving. Communication is lacking.
