Update: 12/25 I moved into another unit with an amazing floor plan! I LOVE LOVE IT. I love it here! The property manager is a boss in a great way!! I am Never leaving!!! See updated pics♥️ I just moved into Halcyon Grand- I love it. The Team is truly amazing and so are the residents. The maintenance team are awesome as well! It’s been a great experience and I LOVE MY APARTMENT! My master, closets and bathrooms are Huge! Come check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

I lived here for 15 months and overall, I’ve really enjoyed it. I lived alone in a studio unit and it was the perfect size for me. The only cons regarding size are storage/counter space but you can make it work. The gate to the parking deck is often broken but the staff is quick to respond/fix it. A lot of other luxury complexes don’t offer covered parking so this feature is a plus. I had both positive and negative experiences with the staff but you have to take that with a grain of salt. Carrie Jo has done a great job and her team is always responsive and quick to address any issues with the community via email. Ivey is also very kind. I’m moving for a shorter work commute but I would highly recommend this property.

I have had the pleasure for the last 4 months to enjoy the Halcyon Grand Apartments in Alpharetta Georgia. I could have moved anywhere but this was the perfect choice. If you are looking for a clean and safe environment look no further. THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Here is what I find to be the best thing about this place. The tenants are great, staff is friendly and you get all of the fun stuff to do that the Halcyon has to offer, but the most important thing is if you have an issue with your apartment. ITS NO ISSUE. This staff is all over it and will get it fixed ASAP. The best customer service and expertise you have ever seen. UPDATE - We believe potential residents deserve to know both the positives and the challenges of living here — transparency is important. The location is great, and the community is filled with good, respectful people. However, there are serious ongoing issues that have not been resolved despite repeated complaints over the past year. The trash situation is by far the most persistent and unpleasant problem. The trash chutes frequently overflow, and bags are left piling up in the hallway areas with no ventilation — the smell is unavoidable. This has been happening regularly since July 2024. Interestingly, the area is cleaned just before tours for new residents, which paints a false picture of daily life here. I’ve attached photos that show the reality we live with every week. I’ve lived at Halcyon Grand for about 6 years, The community feels warm n welcoming, my neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe which is very important to me. The management team is always helpful and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to call home.
