Halcyon Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with Halcyon Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are always in great shape. The office staff Brandee and Angela are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need help. Maintenance requests are handled fast, which I really appreciate. It truly feels like a safe and welcoming place to live. Highly recommend Halcyon Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community!

While apartment hunting with my son, we made a wrong turn and stumbled upon this place, it was the best wrong turn!! Relocating from Canada is not exactly an easy process but from our initial conversation to move in day - the service and reception was exceptional! After the move in we had a few items to be addressed in the apartment which were actioned immediately. The apartment is beautiful, the people are friendly and the area feels like a community! So happy we found this place :)

Very happy I decided to move to Halcyon apartments. The maintenance crew do a great job of keeping the grounds beautiful and well maintained. When I submit a maintenance request, they’re usually here in a couple of hours instead of a couple of weeks. Everyone that takes care of these buildings and the tenants do their very best to make sure everything is done right. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I renewed my lease this summer of 2025 and I’m glad I did.

When moving to Reno for work all of my travel was delayed due to weather on the east coast. In honesty I had a list of 5 places in south reno which I planned to view and Halcyon was not on the list, with my delays, the move in times for the places I viewed as well as the amount of space they offered for the price was not ideal for me. When heading back to my hotel I took a wrong turn and came across Halcyon, decided to go into the leasing office and they were very understanding of my situation and the space which I viewed was not only much bigger than the previous options but at a better price point. Upon applying they worked as hard as possible to get me in as fast as they could and made sure to call me once or twice a day to update me on the status of my application. From start to finish

We moved in back in April and have loved living here. Our maintenance guy, Richard, is super quick to respond to any requests, is efficient and friendly, and he never leaves without the repair or issue being resolved. Anytime we run in to him on the property, he goes out of his way to say hello and check in. Someone is always cleaning the grounds and the hallways and stairways are vacuumed and mopped every week. We absolutely plan to renew our lease when the time comes, we wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
