Unprofessional and careless. This was the seller’s agent, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from a buyer’s perspective. He tried to sell us a house that was still completely filled with the seller’s belongings, took poor-quality photos that didn’t represent the property well, and never even put a “For Sale” sign in the yard. It also felt like he was cutting corners with the paperwork. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against using him to list your home.

He was very Hanzi made me very uncomfortable. Didn’t want to show me homes where he wasn’t the listing and selling agent. Told me I didn’t really want to see homes in Moses lake because of all the gangs. He was friends with the home owners which there is nothing wrong with that but he called me an hour after I saw it and told me an offer had been made on the house. The next morning I was leaving my motel told him I didn’t want to see anymore he then asked if I wanted to put in an offer on the house I told him you told me they had an offer last night he forgot he told me that. I went home got another agent to put in an offer for me He lies and pressures the clients doesn’t show you what you want to see but what he wants to show you and is really Hanzi.
